1. Live Music & Ticketed Events
1.1 Refund Eligibility
Tickets for live music events or other paid entertainment can be refunded up to 24 hours before the start of the event.

1.2 Refunds Within 24 Hours of the Event
Refunds cannot be issued less than 24 hours before the event start time, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Club Committee.
1.3 Event Cancellation (by the Club)
If the Club cancels an event:
- A full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method, or
- We may offer the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date.
2. Raffle Tickets
2.1 No Refunds
Raffle tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.
This is because raffle tickets are classed as games of chance, and once purchased, your entry is confirmed and cannot be withdrawn.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds (where eligible) will be returned to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
