5.1 Live Music & Ticketed Events
- Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event.
- No refunds are available within 24 hours of the event unless approved by the Club Committee.
- If an event is cancelled by the Club, a full refund will be issued.
5.2 Raffle Tickets
- Raffle tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.
6. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£).
- Prices may change at any time prior to purchase.
- Payments are processed securely via Dojo payment gateway.
- We do not store your card details.
7. Event Changes or Cancellations
We reserve the right to:
- Change event timings or content
- Cancel or reschedule events
- Limit ticket availability
If an event is cancelled by us, the purchaser will receive a refund as outlined in the Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site – including text, images, branding, graphics, logos and layouts – is owned by the Club or licensed to us.

- Use content for commercial purposes
