5. Refunds & Cancellations

Our full Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on the Site.
For clarity:

5.1 Live Music & Ticketed Events

  • Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event.
  • No refunds are available within 24 hours of the event unless approved by the Club Committee.
  • If an event is cancelled by the Club, a full refund will be issued.

5.2 Raffle Tickets

  • Raffle tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • Prices may change at any time prior to purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely via Dojo payment gateway.
  • We do not store your card details.

7. Event Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

  • Change event timings or content
  • Cancel or reschedule events
  • Limit ticket availability

If an event is cancelled by us, the purchaser will receive a refund as outlined in the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site – including text, images, branding, graphics, logos and layouts – is owned by the Club or licensed to us.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or republish content
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Claim ownership of our materials

without prior written consent.
